1️⃣ BLESSING THE HOME

Scripture:

“Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain.” — Psalm 127:1

Prayer:

Lord, we invite You to be the builder of this home.
Let Your peace rule here.
Let truth dwell here.
Let forgiveness flow freely here.
Drive out fear, division, and distraction.
May this home be a place where Your presence is welcomed and Your name is honored.
In Jesus’ name, amen.

Optional Action:
Walk through the home and pray quietly over each room.

2️⃣ BLESSING OUR PURPOSE

Scripture:

“For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works.” — Ephesians 2:10

Prayer:

God, remind us that our lives are not accidental.
Align our schedules, decisions, and priorities with Your will.
Keep us from living distracted or divided lives.
Teach us to seek Your kingdom first in all we do.
Use this family for Your glory and Your purposes.
Amen.

Family Question:

“What is one way we can live for God this week?”

3️⃣ BLESSING OUR FINANCES

Scripture:

“Honor the Lord with your wealth.” — Proverbs 3:9–10
“My God will supply all your needs.” — Philippians 4:19

Prayer:

Lord, everything we have comes from You.
Teach us to be faithful, generous, and wise.
Free us from fear, greed, and comparison.
Provide what we need, not just what we want.
May our finances serve Your purposes, not control our hearts.
We trust You as our provider.
Amen.

Practice:
Pray before spending decisions this week.

4️⃣ BLESSING OUR CHILDREN

(If no children are present, pray this over future generations)

Scripture:

“Children are a heritage from the Lord.” — Psalm 127:3
“Train up a child in the way they should go.” — Proverbs 22:6

Prayer:

God, we place our children in Your hands.
Protect their hearts and minds.
Give them wisdom beyond their years.
Guard them from harm, confusion, and lies.
May they know Your voice, walk in truth, and live with courage.
Help us lead them with patience, love, and integrity.
Amen.

Optional Action:
Lay hands on children and pray individually.

5️⃣ BLESSING OUR UNITY

Scripture:

“Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit.” — Ephesians 4:3

Prayer:

Lord, guard the unity of our family.
Teach us to listen before reacting.
Help us forgive quickly and love deeply.
Heal old wounds and soften hard hearts.
Let our home reflect the grace You’ve shown us.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
